"no man burdens his mind with inconsequential matters unless he has great reason to."

"just say you suck at this and go!"
JAY SOO

Episode 1: He Wants To Break Free
Synopsis: As the only son of two strict parents, Steward Pid is immensely pressured to do well in anything and everything. He, more often than most times, tries his best and gives his best effort in order to please his parents but, unfortunately, his efforts often go unnoticed since his parents, his whole world, tend to only see his flaws and wrongdoings. They scrutinize and thoroughly look for the most minute errors, the tiny hamartia in everything that he does, even in the simplest of things.
He's had quite enough. Packing his backs and not taking a second glance back, he leaves his old life behind and is dead set on creating a new one for himself, by himself. And alas, he breaks free.
No more than a decade later, he is at the top of his game. Working at the Ling & Ling law firm under his boss, Chu Fa, someone who likes having an order to things. he is systematic in the ways he thinks and acts, Much so that he absolutely detests things that are irrational and non-sequential. When Stew starts acting up, he does not hesitate to cut him off, leaving him to the streets.
Episode 2: He's Under Pressure
Synopsis: Stew meets up with Martin. The pair chat aimlessly for a while, Stew enjoying the feeling of comfort his dear old friend provides. When asked about how he's doing at the present state, Stew laughs and sarcastically tells Martin about his current condition. Worried, Martin further pries about how he can be of help. Never the one to show anyone that he is struggling, (cause he feels like showing signs of struggle makes him weak, and if he's weak, he is seen as incompetent; God forbid anyone sees Steward Peed be incompetent) Stew simply brushes him off, claiming that he is fine and that all he needs is a few drinks to silence his raging thoughts and free his mind of anxiety. Seeing that his friend is distraught, Martin offers him an unlimited round of drinks, whilst he is preparing Stew's order, Stew has quite the internal conflict in his mind.
Episode 3: Crazy Little Thing Called Love
Synopsis: Kiarra and Stew’s business (and personal, intimate) relationship blooms. But, like all good things, it comes to an end. Kiarra disappears into the night, traces of her were near impossible to be found, but Stew was relentless. He searched, and found her, in the not so nice looking suburbs of the city, where she was in hiding.
Episode 4: Another One Bites The Dust
Synopsis: The confrontation is messy. Vicious words were exchanged, hurt bleeding through each syllable. Hearts pounding in their chests, pulses racing at a hundred miles an hour. Stew bites the dust and Kiarra claims her victory, winning the fight, but ultimately losing the only person who looked upon her like she had placed all the stars in the sky. Kiarra doesn’t mind the loss, she’s grown accustomed to the feeling of desolation. It has clung onto her bones and made a home in her lungs for as long as she can remember.
